TOTh 2026 Conference – 4 & 5 June 2026
 
The 20th Anniversary Edition of the Longest-Running International Conference devoted to Terminology
 
This landmark event will feature invited lectures and round tables to review twenty years of research and explore future perspectives, all within a festive atmosphere to commemorate two decades of exchange within the TOTh community.

Use of Generative AI: Authors are asked to indicate in their submission whether generative AI tools were used and for what purpose (e.g., language polishing, idea generation, reference management).

– Submission deadline: January 11, 2026
 
– Notification of acceptance: February 15, 2026
 
 
Format: The format for submitting abstracts is free. The number of characters including spaces is between 12,000 and 15,000, excluding the bibliography
 
 
 
The 20th TOTh International Conference will be held on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 June 2026, both online and onsite at the University Savoie Mont Blanc (France).
 
The TOTh Conferences – Terminology & Ontology: Theories and applications – bring together researchers, professionals and, more generally, all persons interested in issues related to language and knowledge engineering.

The program will include:
– accepted communications
– an opening talk
– a poster exhibition
 
A two-day training session on « Terminology & Artificial Intelligence (2) »will be held just before the conference on Tuesday & Wednesday 2 & 3 of June.
 
A Young Researcher Prize will be awarded by the Program Committee during the conference.
